Broadened the product range to include Seals for agricultural | domestic water pumps. Followed by Segmented Rings for water turbines.

1992-1993

Carbon Bearings

First to Introduce carbon bearings to bore well|open well pumps in India. Resin impregnation plant established. Implemented robust financial management system.

1995-2000

Technology

Adopted European raw material, introduced high performance thrust bearings to Indian markets - A Watershed moment. Introduced carbon radial bearings.

2000-2001

Exports

Started exports to the gulf countries, Europe, America & rest of the world.

2008-2015

Infrastructure

World Class Infrastructure

Krish Carbon is able to leverage its expertise by embracing cutting edge technology and building on its strengths. The manufacturing of carbon and range of finished products are supported by most modern infrastructure.

Carbon pads are either resign impregnated or metal impregnated depending upon design and customer requirements. Bonding of carbon to the thrust plate is carried out using WHO approved special adhesive in a controlled environment.

At Krish Carbon, attention is given even to minutest of details paving way to ensure quality at every stage - from raw material through to final finished product.

The basic raw material that goes into the manufacturing process is procured from the best of sources from Europe and USA. The prerequisite of each material that makes its way into Krish Carbon is the conformance to any international standard, vis-à-vis IS, BS, JIS, DIN, ASTM or any other standards as required by the customer.

The in-process quality checks carried out ensures strict adherence to specifications. The final product is check for quality using all modern testing methods to ensure production of high-quality products consistently.
